退款政策

In the event of any spoilage of fruits or products received with incorrect quantity or variety happening, we require the feedback to be made and provide details within 3 days of receiving the goods via Messenger or WhatsApp .


Please submit a request for refund, photo or video of the respective products is required to send together with the details of your order. You will receive a refund if goods are damaged or spoiled or products received with incorrect quantity or variety at the time of delivery.


At your request, we can either provide you any of the options as per following :

  1. replace it on your next order or 
  2. give you a credit against your next purchase or 

iii. send you a refund into your bank account within 3 working days.


You will not be given a refund for the following conditions :

  1. without any photographic evidence provided 
  2. not satisfied with the expectation of taste

iii. change of mind once order has been delivered


We reserve the final discretion to approve or reject any invalid dispute and complaint after our investigation. 

We will notify the refund via Facebook Messenger/Whatapps/Email .
